Update: This company reported my review to Trustpilot as fake... Thankfully, I took screenshots and shared them with Trustpilot. Just shows how much of a scam this place really is.

There’s a chat prompt suggesting to ask for a discount. I inquired about an Ecoflow 110w solar panel. After I reached out, Jonas jacked up the price by $40, can you believe that?

He then said it was because of a colleague. It’s pretty obvious he’s the owner and doesn’t have any colleagues. It’s a bummer to see a small business behaving so unethically.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I had a nightmare trying to sort things out with this company. Spent a lot of cash on an AC unit, and then I found myself pleading for them to swap out a faulty part. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone—watch out when you’re dealing with them!

The products perform excellently in all weather conditions. The support team is super considerate. They reached out to me and clarified how my ordered items would be delivered to prevent any mix-ups or worries before they came up. Plus, one of the team members even offered assistance over the phone for setup if I required it. But I didn’t end up needing that. I’ll surely suggest this to my pals and family who are on the hunt for a new adventure, ahhh you get what I mean.

I want to kick things off by saying how happy I am to have discovered this company while I was on the hunt for camping and emergency gear. Living in a spot where shipping can often be a hassle or super pricey, I had my doubts. Initially, I tried to place an order, but it didn’t go through due to my address (just another day in my life), so I left the site and kept searching without any luck. The next day, I got a call from them, and they provided me with some options to help finalize my order and get the items shipped to my place. We came to an agreement, and I completed my purchase. They even called me again to check in on my order and let me know it was being packed and shipped soon (and it really was). A few days later, my order arrived, all neatly packed and in perfect condition. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service.

Fantastic communication and prompt replies from the Customer Service team. I was getting a backordered item and the arrival and shipping estimates were spot on. I was a bit nervous about purchasing a pricey product from a site I wasn't familiar with, but I have no regrets and will definitely consider ordering from them again. I got one of their MyFAKs (from MyMedic). First off, the support was top-notch. (Not just okay, it was really awesome. Jonas was honestly the best customer service rep I’ve ever interacted with.) The color I picked was back ordered, so they reached out and helped me find a similar option, which shipped in just a day or two. I get that Fresh Adventure doesn’t make the product itself since it’s from another company, but still, the kit is really well put together. This whole experience has definitely made Fresh Adventure one of my go-to places for any First Aid stuff I need.

I had a delay with my medic kit delivery, and Johna from Fresh Adventure reached out to me personally to clarify the situation and provide updates on when it would ship. Really appreciate the great customer service, thanks a bunch!

He was super helpful, answered all my questions, and knew his stuff about the equipment. Thanks to him, I didn't just grab one Delta Max Extended Battery; I ended up getting two! I scored discounts on all three and shipping was on the house. The support team was top-notch. Seriously, the customer service was just phenomenal. It's tough to come across good service, let alone exceptional service. They got back to my emails and calls super fast and took the time to break down their products for me. They’re super friendly and really aim to make the shopping experience seamless. My order arrived in no time and was packed really well. Each unit came charged to 30%, which EcoFlow recommends for battery storage. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The prices and service I got are unbeatable. I wish every business operated like these guys. I just can't praise them enough. If I could hand out 10 stars, I totally would. Two big thumbs up!

I placed my order a whole month back and it still hasn’t shipped. When I made the purchase, there was no hint that the item wasn’t in stock. Even after getting a notice last week saying it was on its way, the tracking shows that the postal service hasn’t picked it up yet.
